Here are the instructions for 'safe listing'
my email address...

AOL WebMail:

  1. While the email is open, click on the sender's name or email address.
  2. Click 'add to address book'
  3. Save.

AOL 8.0:

  1. While the email is open, click 'add address' icon.
  2. Save.

Hotmail:

  1. While the email is open, click 'save address' in the toolbar.
  2. Save.

Yahoo Mail:

  1. While the email is open, click 'add to address book' (on the right, next to the sender's name).
  2. Click 'add to address book.'

GMail:

  1. While the email is open, click 'more options' in the email header.
  2. Click 'add sender to contact list.'

Outlook Express 6.0:

  1. While the email is open, right click the sender's name.
  2. Click 'add to contacts.'
  3. Click 'save and close'
